Lots of bitching in the chat, lots of trash talking from the other team, overall not a pretty match.Ī Huttball (derogatory) match, with a lot of the same folks, lots of shit talking in the chat, general unpleasantness. We’d get a replacement from the queue, and then someone else would leave.
Had another Novarre Coast where we got off to a rough start, and then folks kept quitting the match. Had another Voidstar where we got soundly walloped.
There was someone on the other team that we couldn’t actually target or hit with direct damage, and when they were “unbeatable” it showed up in the fly text as an Ally Unbeatable message, so something fucky was definitely happening there. We ended up losing, but people were having fun. Had a decent Novarre Coast match where folks actually communicated and tried to work together. Had a Voidstar match where my team was attacking first and made it all the way through extremely quickly (I had previously never actually gotten all the way to the last room, I’d just been in matches where we ran the timer out), and then held them off at the first set of doors for almost all of their time (until somehow it was just me vs almost their entire team and they killed me and were able to plant the bomb, but we stopped them from getting any further). There was one tryhard who got buttmad about us not being able to hold both pylons every time, but like. My first match was Ancient Hypergate, and my team was almost entirely Juggs and Guardians. The alt guild was lagging on conquest points, so I bit the bullet and did a bunch of pvp since unfortunately those are some of the highest point objectives on conquest.
